We are a thriving online art gallery specializing in art sales and home décor. Our mission is to bring beautiful, curated pieces into homes across the country through a seamless and inspiring online experience. We’re looking for a talented Art Gallery Manager to help us grow and connect with our audience.
Position Summary:
As the Art Gallery Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our online gallery, ensuring smooth operations, effective marketing, and strong sales performance. You’ll work closely with the Owner and Marketing Director to drive strategy and implement creative solutions that elevate the customer experience and enhance the brand's visibility in the home décor and art market.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:
Manage daily operations of the online gallery, including inventory updates, artist communication and management plus customer service.
Optimize processes for order fulfillment and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
Shopify Management:
Maintain and update our Shopify store with new products, descriptions, and promotions.
Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements for better user experience.
Sales & Marketing:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth then B2B and B2C Sales.

Collaborate on campaigns and promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Social Media & Content:
Help manage social media content and advertising to build engagement and drive traffic.

Collaborate on email marketing and newsletters to showcase new collections and offers.
Industry Expertise:
Stay informed about trends in the home décor and art industries to keep offerings competitive.

Build relationships with artists, suppliers, and industry professionals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in the home décor or art industry (preferred).
Proven experience in the home décor or art industry (preferred).
Proficiency with Shopify, including managing products and orders.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content marketing.
Sales experience, with a focus on digital or e-commerce environments.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Creative problem-solver with a keen eye for design and detail.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
