A Moment Behind the Lens:

I walked right to the gates of heaven this day when I reached this dune. The exiting morning mist gave way to the entering sunlight, trumpeting its arrival by the lone seagull that circled the watchful eyes of an empty throne. The scene was magical and, to some extent, biblical. Perhaps I intruded on God’s morning, or maybe he meant for me to see. Either way, I am so glad I did.

These moments remind us of how lucky we are to be part of this beautiful world. Humbling and blessed.
