COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE

Liza Pruitt continuely monitors the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) regarding ongoing concerns about the coronavirus COVID-19 and how that might affect shipping timelines.

Delivery Partners - We are in close communication with our freight and parcel delivery partners, which are all adhering to the guidelines from government authorities related to the containment of COVID-19. We will inform you of any relevant changes or possible delays to delivery procedures in accordance with CDC guidelines. Upon request, we can provide you with alternative options of delivery. *PLEASE NOTE that threshold and white glove deliveries may be adjusted to protect the safety of delivery agents and clients alike.

Please allow 5-7 business days from the date of purchase for fulfillment and to receive shipment tracking information, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Due to the custom nature of our pieces, all artwork sales are final.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

Our artwork will be delivered via one of the shipping carries that includes UPS, FedEx or USPS. If in stock, most pieces arrive within 2-3 weeks of order receipt, unless otherwise specified. Custom pieces usually ship within 8-10 weeks unless otherwise specified on the product page. Transit typically takes 7-10 business days. This timeframe includes hub transfers, sorting, and inspections. We insure all pieces until it arrives to your requested ship address.
