The lumbar cover is in Lulie Wallace Alice - front only w/ Jungle Ikat back and flange. The example pillow uses a 14x22" insert (sewn 12x20).
Pattern placement will vary from pillow to pillow. Covers include a zipper closure and are serged for a professional finish.
